Industry Moves: Orange Appoints Director Of Mobile, Web Portals

Orange UK has given its director of devices Matthew Kirk a new role as director of mobile and web portals, a new position designed to develop strategies for helping the telco’s content gateways compete with the likes of Virgin and MSN. Kirk previously had more of a technology emphasis. He will now lead a 120-strong editorial team, reports.
