Hardly a week goes by without some kind of major share activity at eBay (NSDQ: EBAY) rival QXL. Now it looks like it could be the news it’s waited for all these years – QXL has received a second takeover approach in as many years and eBay is fingered as the likely bidder. Times said eBay is interested in buying the smaller auction rival’s eastern European business, especially that in Poland. QXL leads eBay in some European territories.
