Trader Media Sells Off Aussie Publishing Imprint TNT

A trio of publishing execs has bought Earls Court-based NT Magazine Group – the subdivision printing the 25-year-old TNT Magazine for London-based Aussies, Kiwis and South Africans – to a trio of publishing execs. Red Reef Media was set up by Trader’s marketing head Tony Goodman, ex Haymarket digital director James Murray-Jones and ex Dennis exec Phil Parker with the aim of growing the mag’s online presence, Media Week said. TNTMagazine.com, which has news, recruitment, accommodation and bar jobs (probably), so far claims 156,000 unique monthly users and three million page impressions. Autotrader publisher Trade Media Group is operated by Guardian Media Group and Apax. Terms of the deal – like Red Reef’s website – are not available.
