B2B publisher Incisive Media – publisher of The Inquirer, Computing magazine and others – is in the process of buying a stake in an online recruitment ads site. CEO Tim Weller told E-consultancy: “(We are looking at acquiring a big stake in one because they have done a great job. I think their model is the model. If I was a job board charging per job listing, I would be frightened of Google (NSDQ: GOOG) coming round and offering every job for free. So we are looking at vertical search, although we are not quite sure how we will monetise it.
