Endemol: The Big Brother maker and participation TV producer is hiring former ITV (LSE: ITV) legal director Andy Griffiths as its own global legal head, emphasising his track record in restructuring the ailing broadcster and advising on acquiring sports rights etc (Endemol itself recently set up a sports division).
