— Shazam: Music-recognition service Shazam has signed a mobile advertising deal with 4th Screen Advertising to begin targeted ads its app for users in the UK, Germany, France and Spain, using the Mpression ad platform. — Orange UK: France Telecom’s Orange has signed a partnership with mobile virtual network aggregator Transatel so it can offer companies the chance to launch their own MVNOs via its GSM and 3G networks. The two companies say they could launch up to 20 MVNs a year. Release.
