Online ad targeting specialist AudienceScience of London is buying up Hamburg-based counterpart Wunderloop – the latest acquisition in a European expansion exercise.
Wunderloop offers integrated behavioural targeting products, allowing users to serve up targeted content, ads and offers. The company says most of Germany’s 30 biggest marketing firms use its services.
Intelligence platform AudienceScience has helped serve campaigns through Financial Times, Haymarket Consumer Media, New York Times (NYSE: NYT) and News Corp.
The deal price and terms are not announced.
In May, AudienceScience bought Spanish online ad network Consorte Media with which to augment its own network.
