Simfy: The German web-based freemium unlimited-music service, like We7, has raised €10 million to grow in its native German, Austria and Switzerland and to expand elsewhere in Europe, TechCrunch reports. Kim Wilde is amongst the artists currently featured on Simfy’s homepage.

EnQii and Minicom: Two out-of-home digital signage companies, EnQii and Minicom, are merging, with growth capital financing from Jerusalem Venture Partners, Wellington Partners, Amadeus Capital Partners and Aviv Ventures designed to give it an acquisition warchest.

Uma: The Viennese company, whose semantic web technology shows content to users based on preferences or location in physical space, has raised $1.1 million from TheMerger.com and other private investors, TechCrunch reports.
